Mick Jagger in Car with Leopard, Los Angeles
Signed, titled, dated and editioned out of 25 on artist’s signature label on verso.
“The photo was for a series for Rolling Stone magazine called the ‘Heroes of Rock ‘n’ Roll.’ The idea was to photograph Mick Jagger in a 1959 Chevy Corvette sitting next to a leopard. However, leopards can be dangerous, of course, so we had to build a partition in the car to protect Jagger.” – Albert Watson
